Welcome to Fusion Fight and Fitness newest class on offer.

Our Kickboxing class is a general kickboxing class structured so that you can learn how to effectively kick, punch, knee and elbow. This class is suitable for male and females, from beginners through to advanced. You will learn correct technique, combinations, footwork and increase your fitness levels. If you are interested in testing your skills, you can even join in a sparring session at the end of class, when the Instructor thinks you are ready for it. Either way, you are not obliged to spar, it is purely for those that want the extra contact.
